Founder
Tom is the founder of Pinnacle. He is an avid Mountaineer with experience working for large corporates in the Sustainability space, holding IEMA certification and on a mission to transform the outdoor industry.
Alison Ellen
Social Value Lead
Living in the Scottish Highlands and boasting a masters degree in Mountain Sustainability as well as multiple published thesis papers on sustainable tourism, Alison leads our Social Value offering.
Michael Shaw
Videographer
Michael is our award winning in-house videographer, specialising in mountain films and has had his work showcased at various COP summits. He’s our secret weapon when it comes to telling the stories of our clients sustainable transformations!
